CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fraiche-studios.com with your order number and request. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

PRE-ORDERS

Items purchased as part of a pre-order will not ship until inventory has arrived and orders are ready to be fulfilled.

Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process and will communicate updates regarding production, delays, and shipping as they arise.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order may ship together once all items are available.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately at support@fraiche-studios.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will attempt to update the address.

Fraîche Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Processing times may vary depending on demand, especially during product drops and pre-orders.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days once items are available for shipment. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

DO YOU OFFER ORDER TRACKING?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DELAYED?

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier.

Fraîche Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need additional support, feel free to reach out to us.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@fraiche-studios.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your request and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS?

At this time, only one (1) form of payment may be used per order.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

This email will include a tracking link so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. Please allow a short window for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If you do not see your shipping confirmation, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING UPDATES

For pre-order purchases, shipping confirmations will be sent once inventory has arrived and your order has been fulfilled.

STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED A SHIPPING EMAIL?

RETURN POLICY

Each piece is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

PRICING & SALES TAX

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the United States, in accordance with applicable state and local regulations. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are not subject to U.S. sales tax.
