WHAT ARE THE TOTES MADE OF?

Our totes are crafted from a knit woven-textured fabric with a spacious interior. The Signature Tote also features PU leather lining at the top and a padded laptop pocket. Full materials and dimensions are listed on each product page.

WHAT ARE THE TOTE DIMENSIONS?

Most of our totes measure approximately 23.6"W × 13"H × 4.7"D — roomy enough for a laptop, planner, gym clothes, and your essentials. Exact measurements are listed on each product page.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TOTE?

Machine wash on gentle, then air dry only. Do not tumble dry — heat can warp the shape and damage the lining.

ARE THE KEYCHAINS DURABLE?

Yes. Our keychains are double-sided rubber charms with a metal split-ring closure, designed to handle daily wear on bags, keys, and lanyards.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We can usually update or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order moves into production and can't be changed. Email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items ship by the date listed on the product page. If we're delayed beyond that window, we'll email you with an update and you can choose to wait or receive a full refund.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately at support@fraiche-studios.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will attempt to update the address.

Fraîche Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Processing times may vary depending on demand, especially during product drops and pre-orders.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days once items are available for shipment. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

DO YOU OFFER ORDER TRACKING?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE

First, check with neighbors and your local carrier (sometimes packages are marked delivered a day early). If it still doesn't turn up, email us at support@fraiche-studios.com and we'll help you investigate.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address. If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package isn't there, contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us — we'll do our best to help.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we've got you. Email us at support@fraiche-studios.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of what happened

We'll review and make it right with a replacement or full refund.

WHAT DOES "PRE-ORDER" MEAN?

Pre-order means the item is in production and will ship by a specific date listed on the product page. You're reserving yours from a limited run.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?

The expected ship date is shown on each product page (for example, "ships around May 30"). We'll email you a tracking number the moment it leaves our studio.

WHAT IF MY PRE-ORDER IS DELAYED?

If we miss the ship date listed on the product page, we'll email you with an update. You can choose to wait or request a full refund — no questions asked.

In-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders take 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by your local carrier on delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
